Do you love to drink coffee every morning when you wake up and every night when you are something that needs to be finished? Drinking coffee at work is one of my habits as it removes my boredom and exhaustion. I love coffee, especially when it is creamy and sweet. I love the aroma that suite my nostrils as it heightens sensation. Besides it is an aphrodisiac drink, which stimulates sensation, it is also a healthy drink with several benefits to our body.

  • It draws a smile into my lips as I take a sip of my hot and creamy coffee

Drinking coffee is good, but always remember to drink coffee not too much for whatever excess or less will always be bad.

Drinking too much COFFEE is BAD???

1. Do you know that drinking coffee early in the morning without eating first your breakfast is bad because it stimulates the production of hydrochloric acid which is responsible for digestion? A cup of coffee every morning with an empty stomach will generate more HCI which may lead to difficulty in dealing with a large meal.

2. Some compound in coffee like caffeine can cause irritation to your stomach and the lining of your small intestine, which may lead to an ulcer, IBS and Crohn’s disease (Acidity).

3. Coffee can cause acid reflux and heartburn as it causes relaxation of the lower esophageal sphincter.

4. Do you know that coffee is a laxative drink that stimulates peristalsis, which can cause often head to comfort rooms?

5. Coffee has a substance which is carcinogenic (cancer-causing substance) and it is the acrylamide.

Drinking a cup of coffee is good once in a while, but drinking too much coffee may lead to the increase of production of stress hormone (Cortisol, Epinephrine, and Norepinephrine)
